### sec.966 Giving copies to other parties
A party who prepares a document for use in the court must, if another party entitled to a copy of the document asks for the copy and pays the fee prescribed under a regulation, give the party a copy of the document.
Subrule (1) also applies if a person against whom an order is made without notice is entitled to a copy of a document used in support of the application for the order.
