### sec.961 Layout
A document must—
be on international sheet size A4 paper that—
is white or cream in colour; and
is of good and durable quality; and
is free from discolouration or blemishes; and
have all its pages and all attachments securely bound together in a way satisfactory to the registrar; and
have clear margins no smaller than 10mm on the top, bottom and right sides; and
have a margin on the left side of the document wide enough for the seal of the court to be stamped on it; and
be printed—
with type no smaller than 1.8mm (10 point); and
in a way that is permanent and can be photocopied to produce a copy satisfactory to the registrar.
Subrule (1) (e) does not prevent a person from completing an approved form, or another document, in a minor debt proceeding in clear, hand-printed capital letters in ink.
If an imaged document is to be electronically filed—
the paper form of the document from which the imaged document is created must comply with subrule (1) ; and
the imaged document must be formatted in a way that would result in the document complying with subrule (1) (a) (i) and (iii) , (c), (d) and (e)(i) if a paper copy were made of the imaged document.
If a document, other than an imaged document, is to be electronically filed, the document must be formatted in a way that would result in the document complying with subrule (1) (a) (i) and (iii) , (c), (d) and (e)(i) if a paper copy were made of the document.
