### sec.952 Notice to enforcement creditor Within 4 business days after being served with a notice under rule 950 , the enforcement officer must serve a copy of the notice on the enforcement creditor. The enforcement creditor may serve a notice on the enforcement officer that the claim is admitted. If the enforcement creditor admits the claim of a claimant, the enforcement creditor is liable for the enforcement officer’s costs and expenses of enforcement, including any costs of complying with rule 953 . (sec.952-ssec.1) Within 4 business days after being served with a notice under rule 950 , the enforcement officer must serve a copy of the notice on the enforcement creditor. (sec.952-ssec.2) The enforcement creditor may serve a notice on the enforcement officer that the claim is admitted. (sec.952-ssec.3) If the enforcement creditor admits the claim of a claimant, the enforcement creditor is liable for the enforcement officer’s costs and expenses of enforcement, including any costs of complying with rule 953 .
