### sec.947N Certificate of judgment
An application under section 15 (1) of the Commonwealth Act in relation to a judgment may be made without notice to any person.
The application must be made—
in the proceeding in which the judgment was obtained; and
by filing a draft of the certificate sought and a supporting affidavit.
The affidavit must include all information that would enable the certificate to be issued.
For section 15 (1) (b) of the Commonwealth Act , the certificate must be in the approved form.

(sec.947N-ssec.1) An application under section 15 (1) of the Commonwealth Act in relation to a judgment may be made without notice to any person.
