### sec.944 Review
A defendant may, at any time and from time to time, apply to the court for an order that—
the warrant be set aside; or
the defendant be released from custody; or
an order made under rule 942 (2) be varied.
On an application under subrule (1) , the court may make any order that it could make under rule 942 .
