### sec.936 Enforcement of warrant for defendant’s arrest
The registrar must give a warrant for the arrest of a defendant to an enforcement officer to be enforced.
The warrant may be enforced by the enforcement officer or an appropriately qualified person authorised in writing by the enforcement officer.
Receipt of a facsimile of a warrant is sufficient authority for the enforcement officer or other person to enforce the warrant.
In this rule—
appropriately qualified person , for a person who may be authorised to enforce a warrant, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to enforce the warrant.

(sec.936-ssec.1) The registrar must give a warrant for the arrest of a defendant to an enforcement officer to be enforced.
