### sec.916 Enforcement warrant for seizure and delivery of goods
An enforcement warrant authorising an enforcement officer to seize and deliver goods specified in a judgment must be in the approved form.
The enforcement warrant may include provision for enforcing the payment of an amount, if the amount is—
required by the judgment to be paid; and
enforceable as a money order.

(sec.916-ssec.1) An enforcement warrant authorising an enforcement officer to seize and deliver goods specified in a judgment must be in the approved form.
(sec.916-ssec.2) The enforcement warrant may include provision for enforcing the payment of an amount, if the amount is— required by the judgment to be paid; and enforceable as a money order.
- (a) required by the judgment to be paid; and
- (b) enforceable as a money order.
