### sec.911 Priority of enforcement warrants
The precise time an application for an enforcement warrant is made must be written on the application by the registrar.
If more than 1 application for an enforcement warrant against the same person is made to a court, the court must issue the warrants in order of the times written on the applications.
The precise time an enforcement warrant is issued must be written on the warrant by the registrar.
If more than 1 enforcement warrant against the same person is given to an enforcement officer, the enforcement officer must enforce the warrants in order of the times written on the warrants.
In this rule—
precise time means the hour, day, month and year.
(sec.911-ssec.1) The precise time an application for an enforcement warrant is made must be written on the application by the registrar.
(sec.911-ssec.2) If more than 1 application for an enforcement warrant against the same person is made to a court, the court must issue the warrants in order of the times written on the applications.
(sec.911-ssec.3) The precise time an enforcement warrant is issued must be written on the warrant by the registrar.
(sec.911-ssec.4) If more than 1 enforcement warrant against the same person is given to an enforcement officer, the enforcement officer must enforce the warrants in order of the times written on the warrants.
(sec.911-ssec.5) In this rule— precise time means the hour, day, month and year.
