### sec.905 Conditional order
A non-money order that is subject to a condition may be enforced only if—
the condition has been satisfied; and
a court has given leave to enforce the order.
Unless a court orders otherwise, if a person fails to satisfy a condition the court has included in an order—
the person loses the benefit of the order; and
any other person interested under the order may take any steps that—
are warranted by the order; or
might have been taken if the order had not been made.
(sec.905-ssec.1) A non-money order that is subject to a condition may be enforced only if— the condition has been satisfied; and a court has given leave to enforce the order.
