### sec.886 Relevant considerations for appointment
In deciding whether to issue an enforcement warrant appointing a receiver, the court must have regard to—
the amount of the order debt; and
the amount likely to be obtained by the receiver; and
the probable costs of appointing and remunerating a receiver.
