### sec.866 Person ceases to be enforcement debtor’s employer
This rule applies if an enforcement debtor’s employer served with an enforcement warrant authorising redirection of the enforcement debtor’s earnings ceases to be the enforcement debtor’s employer.
The person must, immediately after ceasing to be the enforcement debtor’s employer, give notice in the approved form mentioned in rule 859 (2) (b) to the registrar and the enforcement creditor.
(sec.866-ssec.1) This rule applies if an enforcement debtor’s employer served with an enforcement warrant authorising redirection of the enforcement debtor’s earnings ceases to be the enforcement debtor’s employer.
(sec.866-ssec.2) The person must, immediately after ceasing to be the enforcement debtor’s employer, give notice in the approved form mentioned in rule 859 (2) (b) to the registrar and the enforcement creditor.
