### sec.864 Two or more warrants redirecting earnings in force
This rule applies if 2 or more enforcement warrants are in force authorising redirection by an enforcement debtor’s employer of the enforcement debtor’s earnings.
The employer must comply with the warrants according to the respective dates on which they were served on the employer and disregard a warrant served later in time until a warrant served earlier in time ceases to have effect.
If an enforcement warrant is varied, it continues to have priority according to the date the original enforcement warrant was served.
(sec.864-ssec.1) This rule applies if 2 or more enforcement warrants are in force authorising redirection by an enforcement debtor’s employer of the enforcement debtor’s earnings.
