### sec.847 Application of div 2 This division applies if— an enforcement debtor has an account with a financial institution (the third person ); and a fourth person (the fourth person ) regularly deposits earnings into the account (a regular deposit ). Except where otherwise stated, division 1 applies to an enforcement warrant issued under this division.
