### sec.845 Claim by other person
This rule applies if a court considers that another interested person, including, for example, a person other than an enforcement debtor who may be entitled to all or a part of a redirected debt or to a charge or lien on it, should be given the opportunity to be heard.
The court may—
order that notice of the hearing of the notice of objection be given to the other person; and
at the hearing, decide the other person’s entitlement or give directions as to how the entitlement is to be decided.
(sec.845-ssec.1) This rule applies if a court considers that another interested person, including, for example, a person other than an enforcement debtor who may be entitled to all or a part of a redirected debt or to a charge or lien on it, should be given the opportunity to be heard.
