### sec.820 Issue and enforcement of enforcement warrant
An enforcement warrant must state—
the name of the enforcement debtor; and
the date, within 1 year after the warrant’s issue, the warrant ends; and
The Civil Proceedings Act 2011 , section 91 , provides that an enforcement warrant ends 1 year after it issues unless it states that it ends at an earlier time.
the amount recoverable under the warrant; and
any other details required by these rules.
The amount recoverable under the warrant must include—
unless the court orders otherwise, the unpaid costs of any previous enforcement proceeding of the same money order; and
the costs relating to the enforcement warrant; and
the amount of interest on the order debt.
The registrar must give the enforcement warrant to the enforcement creditor to be enforced, unless the warrant is an enforcement warrant for the seizure and sale of property.
