### sec.811 Conduct money
This rule applies to a person required by summons to attend an enforcement hearing in a district other than a district in which the person resides or carries on business.
Conduct money must be offered to the person when the person is served with the summons.
The amount of conduct money is the amount required to be paid to a witness attending before the court under a subpoena under rule 419 .
An affidavit accompanying the application for the enforcement hearing summons must contain an undertaking by the applicant to offer to pay conduct money to a person summoned.
