### sec.804 When an enforcement hearing may take place
An enforcement hearing may take place—
at the end of the trial of a proceeding that has resulted in a money order; or
at any time after a money order is made.
- (a) at the end of the trial of a proceeding that has resulted in a money order; or
- (b) at any time after a money order is made.
