### sec.801 Where to enforce money order
If the amount payable under an enforceable money order of the Supreme Court is—
within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in a Magistrates Court; or
within the jurisdiction of the District Court but not within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in the District Court.
If the amount payable under an enforceable money order of the District Court is within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in a Magistrates Court.
An enforceable money order of the District Court or a Magistrates Court may be enforced in the Supreme Court if the Supreme Court so orders.
Unless the court in which a money order was made orders otherwise, the costs of the order’s enforcement are recoverable only on—
if the amount payable under the order is within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the scale of costs prescribed for Magistrates Courts; or
if the amount payable under the order is within the jurisdiction of the District Court, the scale of costs prescribed for the District Court.
(sec.801-ssec.1) If the amount payable under an enforceable money order of the Supreme Court is— within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in a Magistrates Court; or within the jurisdiction of the District Court but not within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in the District Court.
(sec.801-ssec.2) If the amount payable under an enforceable money order of the District Court is within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in a Magistrates Court.
(sec.801-ssec.3) An enforceable money order of the District Court or a Magistrates Court may be enforced in the Supreme Court if the Supreme Court so orders.
(sec.801-ssec.4) Unless the court in which a money order was made orders otherwise, the costs of the order’s enforcement are recoverable only on— if the amount payable under the order is within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the scale of costs prescribed for Magistrates Courts; or if the amount payable under the order is within the jurisdiction of the District Court, the scale of costs prescribed for the District Court.
- (a) within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in a Magistrates Court; or
- (b) within the jurisdiction of the District Court but not within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in the District Court.

- (b) if the amount payable under the order is within the jurisdiction of the District Court, the scale of costs prescribed for the District Court.
