### sec.777 Registrar may publish certain decision A judge of appeal may authorise the registrar to publish a decision of the Court of Appeal— if no judge of appeal is available to publish the decision; or that grants or refuses a certificate under the Appeal Costs Fund Act 1973 . - (a) if no judge of appeal is available to publish the decision; or - (b) that grants or refuses a certificate under the Appeal Costs Fund Act 1973 .
