### sec.760 Setting a date for appeal
The registrar, if satisfied all parties to the appeal have complied with these rules or any practice direction, must set a date for hearing by the Court of Appeal.
The registrar may, instead of setting a date for hearing, add the appeal to a list of appeals for hearing at a particular sitting of the Court of Appeal.
