### sec.745 Application of pt 1
This part applies to an appeal to the Court of Appeal from a decision of—
the Supreme Court constituted by a single judge; or
the District Court, the Industrial Court, the Land Appeal Court and the Planning and Environment Court; or
another body from which an appeal lies to the Court of Appeal.
However, rule 765 applies only to an appeal from the Supreme Court constituted by a single judge.
This part does not apply to a decision of a registrar of a court or other body mentioned in subrule (1) .
(sec.745-ssec.1) This part applies to an appeal to the Court of Appeal from a decision of— the Supreme Court constituted by a single judge; or the District Court, the Industrial Court, the Land Appeal Court and the Planning and Environment Court; or another body from which an appeal lies to the Court of Appeal.
(sec.745-ssec.2) However, rule 765 applies only to an appeal from the Supreme Court constituted by a single judge.
