### sec.741 Costs may be set off If a party entitled to be paid costs is also liable to pay costs and the costs have been assessed, the registrar may— set off 1 amount against the other and, by order, direct by whom any balance is payable; or decline to make an order for costs the party is entitled to be paid until the party has paid the amount the party is liable to pay.
