### sec.735 Reduction of more than 15% This rules applies if, on an assessment of costs payable out of a fund, the amount of professional charges and disbursements is reduced by more than 15%. Unless the costs assessor decides otherwise— the party with the benefit of the costs order must pay the costs of the assessment; and the costs payable under the costs order do not include the costs of preparing the costs statement or attending the costs assessment.
