### sec.731 Refresher fees
If a trial or hearing occupies more than 1 day, when assessing costs on the standard basis, a costs assessor may allow fees for counsel at a reasonable amount for each day or part of a day of the trial or hearing after the first day.
If the start or resumption of a trial or hearing is delayed and, because of the delay, counsel or a solicitor were not able to undertake other work, a costs assessor may include waiting time as part of any period under subrule (1) .
