### sec.693 Application in a proceeding The costs of a proceeding do not include the costs of an application in the proceeding, unless the court orders otherwise. Subrule (1) applies even if the application is adjourned until the trial of the proceeding in which it is made. r 693 amd 2000 SL No. 127 s 56 sub 2007 SL No. 315 s 10 (sec.693-ssec.1) The costs of a proceeding do not include the costs of an application in the proceeding, unless the court orders otherwise.
