### sec.683 Costs in proceeding before Magistrates Court
This rule applies to a proceeding before a Magistrates Court.
The magistrate may fix the amount of the costs of the proceeding and order payment of the amount.
However, the magistrate may order that the costs of the proceeding be assessed by a costs assessor if the magistrate considers it appropriate because of the nature and complexity of the proceeding.

(sec.683-ssec.1) This rule applies to a proceeding before a Magistrates Court.
