### sec.657C Application for commission
A trustee of an estate may apply to the court for commission.
The application must be supported by an affidavit of the trustee setting out—
the basis of the application; and
the commission sought; and
the trustee’s justification for the commission; and
an inventory of the estate; and
material to identify the appropriate respondents to the application.
Unless the court otherwise orders, the application must be served on any beneficiary of the estate affected by the order sought.
The court may direct that the application be served on any other person.

(sec.657C-ssec.1) A trustee of an estate may apply to the court for commission.
