### sec.653 No participation by party
This rule applies if—
an account assessor is appointed to carry out an account assessment; and
a party does not participate in the account assessment in accordance with the procedure decided by the account assessor.
The account assessor may—
proceed with the account assessment without the party’s participation; or
refer the matter to the court for directions.

(sec.653-ssec.1) This rule applies if— an account assessor is appointed to carry out an account assessment; and a party does not participate in the account assessment in accordance with the procedure decided by the account assessor.
