### sec.636 Grant to be filed
This rule applies if a claim includes a claim for the revocation of a grant.
If the person to whom the grant was made asks for it to be revoked, the grant must be filed in the court by the person within 7 days after filing the claim.
However, if the grant is in the possession or under the control of a defendant, the grant must be filed in the court by the defendant within 14 days after the defendant is served with the claim.
(sec.636-ssec.1) This rule applies if a claim includes a claim for the revocation of a grant.
