### sec.622 Revocation of order to administer
This rule applies for an order to administer granted under the Public Trustee Act 1978 , section 29 or 31 .
With the consent of the public trustee, the registrar may exercise the jurisdiction of the court under this rule.
The court may revoke the order—
on an application by the public trustee or a person acting with the public trustee’s consent; or
if it appears that the order was made because of a mistake of law or fact.
If the court revokes the order, the public trustee must give the copy of the order to the registrar.
(sec.622-ssec.1) This rule applies for an order to administer granted under the Public Trustee Act 1978 , section 29 or 31 .
