### sec.61 Application of div 2 This division applies to a proceeding subject to any order of the court made before or after the proceeding is started— requiring a person— to be a party to the proceeding; or to attend a proceeding or part of a proceeding; or dispensing with the requirement for a person to be a party to the proceeding. - (a) requiring a person— (i) to be a party to the proceeding; or (ii) to attend a proceeding or part of a proceeding; or - (i) to be a party to the proceeding; or - (ii) to attend a proceeding or part of a proceeding; or - (b) dispensing with the requirement for a person to be a party to the proceeding. - (i) to be a party to the proceeding; or - (ii) to attend a proceeding or part of a proceeding; or
