### sec.584 Application by unincorporated body
If the applicant in an application made to the court under the Act is an unincorporated body, the application may be brought in the name of the body.
Subrule (1) does not apply unless, at the time of filing the application, there is also filed an affidavit sworn by an officer of the body stating the names and addresses of all members of the body.
The affidavit must be served on each party to the proceeding.
(sec.584-ssec.1) If the applicant in an application made to the court under the Act is an unincorporated body, the application may be brought in the name of the body.
