### sec.577 Application for dismissal to be made promptly
A party who seeks to have a review application dismissed—
on a ground set out in part 1 , division 3 or section 48 of the Act ; or
in the exercise of the court’s discretion;
must apply promptly for the dismissal.
- (a) on a ground set out in part 1 , division 3 or section 48 of the Act ; or
- (b) in the exercise of the court’s discretion;
