### sec.568 Application for statutory order of review and for review
If—
an application for a statutory order of review under the Act ; and
an application for any relief mentioned in section 43 of the Act ;
relate to the same matter—
the applications may be made in the one application; and
that application must, with necessary changes, be made in the approved form.
- (a) an application for a statutory order of review under the Act ; and
