### sec.560 Payment or deposit of money in court
This rule applies if a person is required or permitted by an Act, these rules, an order of the court or another law or practice to pay into or deposit money in court.
The person must file an affidavit complying with the Court Funds Regulation 2009 .
The affidavit must be served on all other parties and any other interested person as soon as practicable after it is filed.
