### sec.550 Defendant’s statement of expert and economic evidence A defendant must serve on the plaintiff a written statement of expert and economic evidence that includes the names and addresses of all hospitals, doctors, and experts who have given the defendant reports on the plaintiff’s injury, loss (including economic loss) or treatment. The statement must be served within 28 days after the defendant is served with the plaintiff’s statement of loss and damage, but before a request for trial date is filed.
