### sec.538 Class interests
If it appears to the court that the interests of the persons who are entitled to attend the taking of the account can be classified, the court may order each class to be represented by one solicitor and counsel.
Despite an order under subrule (1) , a person who objects to being represented as a member of a class—
may be separately represented; and
if separately represented, is not entitled to an order for costs and may be ordered to pay additional costs incurred by another person because of the separate representation.
The court may order separate representation for members of a class who are represented by one solicitor and counsel.
