### sec.529 Service of judgment
A judgment or other order for an account to be served on a person who was not a party to the proceeding must be served personally.
The account may not be taken until all necessary persons have been served with the judgment or order for an account unless the court otherwise orders.
If the court dispenses with service, the court may also order that the persons as to whom service is dispensed with are bound by the judgment or order for an account, except if it was obtained by fraud or nondisclosure of material facts.
