### sec.522N Particular rules do not apply to employment claims
The following provisions do not apply to an employment claim—
chapter 6 ;
chapter 7 , part 2 , division 2 ;
chapter 9 , parts 2 and 4 ;
chapter 13 , parts 2 to 6 .
