### sec.514 Application of simplified procedures The simplified procedures apply to minor claims. Also, if the parties to a claim that is not a minor claim— agree in writing to all or part of the simplified procedures applying to the claim; and file the agreement; the simplified procedures apply to the claim to the extent agreed.
