### sec.512 Damages to time of assessment
This rule applies if damages, including interest, may be assessed and—
continuing damages are likely to happen; or
there are—
repeated breaches of recurring obligations; or
intermittent breaches of a continuing obligation.
The damages are assessed for the period to the time of assessment, including damages for breaches occurring after the proceeding began.
(sec.512-ssec.1) This rule applies if damages, including interest, may be assessed and— continuing damages are likely to happen; or there are— repeated breaches of recurring obligations; or intermittent breaches of a continuing obligation.
(sec.512-ssec.2) The damages are assessed for the period to the time of assessment, including damages for breaches occurring after the proceeding began.
- (a) continuing damages are likely to happen; or
- (b) there are— (i) repeated breaches of recurring obligations; or (ii) intermittent breaches of a continuing obligation.
