### sec.506 Remuneration of referee and assessor
The court may decide, either in the first instance or finally—
the remuneration of a referee or assessor; and
by which party or parties, and in what proportion, the remuneration is to be paid.
The court may—
order a party to give security for the remuneration of a referee or assessor; and
order a stay of the proceeding until the security is given.
