### sec.495 Applicant’s right to abandon request for decision without an oral hearing
On receiving material from the respondent, the applicant may require an oral hearing.
If the applicant requires an oral hearing, the applicant must, within 2 business days after receiving the respondent’s material—
file a notice in the approved form; and
serve a copy of the notice on the respondent.
(sec.495-ssec.1) On receiving material from the respondent, the applicant may require an oral hearing.
