### sec.480 No pleadings If the court considers a proceeding can be decided without pleadings, or without pleadings after the statement of claim, the court may, on the application of a party, order the proceeding to be decided in this way. If the court makes an order under subrule (1) , the court may direct the parties to prepare a statement of facts and issues or, if the parties do not agree on a statement of facts and issues, the court may settle the statement itself.
