### sec.475 Changing mode of trial
The court may order a trial by jury on an application made before the trial date is set by a party who was entitled to elect for a trial by jury but who did not so elect.
If it appears to the court that an issue of fact could more appropriately be tried by a jury, the court may order a trial by jury.
