### sec.429X References to witnesses, signatories and substitute signatories
In this part—
a reference to a witness in relation to an affidavit has the same meaning as given to that reference by the Oaths Act 1867 , section 13 ; and
a reference to a signatory in relation to an affidavit has the same meaning as given to that reference by the Oaths Act 1867 , section 13 ; and
a reference to a substitute signatory in relation to an affidavit has the same meaning as given to that reference by the Oaths Act 1867 , section 13 .

- (a) a reference to a witness in relation to an affidavit has the same meaning as given to that reference by the Oaths Act 1867 , section 13 ; and
