### sec.429V Expert may apply for directions An expert appointed under subdivision 1 or 2 in relation to a proceeding may apply to the court for directions to facilitate the preparation of a report for the proceeding. The application must be served on the parties to the proceeding and on any other person as directed by the court. The court may give the directions the court considers appropriate to facilitate the preparation of the report, including, for example, a direction about an inspection, examination or experiment for the report. r 429V ins 2022 SL No. 23 s 3 (sec.429V-ssec.1) An expert appointed under subdivision 1 or 2 in relation to a proceeding may apply to the court for directions to facilitate the preparation of a report for the proceeding.
