### sec.426 Application for directions
This rule applies if a party to a proceeding—
intends to call expert evidence in the proceeding; or
becomes aware that another party to the proceeding intends to call expert evidence in the proceeding.
The party may, at any time, apply to the court for directions about the use of expert evidence in the proceeding.
The application may be made—
on an application for that purpose; or
on an application for other relief.

(sec.426-ssec.1) This rule applies if a party to a proceeding— intends to call expert evidence in the proceeding; or becomes aware that another party to the proceeding intends to call expert evidence in the proceeding.
