### sec.420A Copy of document may be produced
If a subpoena requires a person to produce a document, the person may comply with the subpoena by producing a copy of the document.
Subrule (1) does not apply if the subpoena states the original document must be produced.
For subrule (1) , a copy of the document may be—
a paper copy; or
an electronic copy in an electronic file format approved by the registrar.

(sec.420A-ssec.1) If a subpoena requires a person to produce a document, the person may comply with the subpoena by producing a copy of the document.
(sec.420A-ssec.2) Subrule (1) does not apply if the subpoena states the original document must be produced.
(sec.420A-ssec.3) For subrule (1) , a copy of the document may be— a paper copy; or an electronic copy in an electronic file format approved by the registrar.
- (a) a paper copy; or
- (b) an electronic copy in an electronic file format approved by the registrar.
