### sec.409 Undertaking
An undertaking filed under rule 408 is an undertaking by the party obtaining the order or the party’s solicitor—
to be responsible for all expenses incurred by the court or by any person at the request of the court in relation to the letter of request; and
on being given notice of the amount of the expenses incurred—to pay the amount to the registrar.
The registrar may require a security in support of the undertaking.
